FAQs

1. How long does it take to ship?

 Our regular shipping is free and usually takes 5 to 15 business days, depending on where you live.

 2. Do you send things to other countries?

 Right now, we only ship to the United States.  We might start shipping to other countries in the future.

 3. What is your policy on returns?

 You have 90 days from the time you get the item to return it.  Items must be in the same condition as when they were bought, with tags still on them.

 4. How can I get my money back?

 We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the item back. The money will go back to the same payment method you used to buy it (PayPal or credit card).

 5. Is it possible to trade something?

 We do not allow direct exchanges.  If you want a different item, please return the one you bought and get your money back. Then, place a new order.

 6. What are my options for paying for my order?

 You can pay with PayPal or a credit card.  At checkout, your payment is processed safely.

 7. What should I do if I get something broken or wrong?

 If your order is broken or wrong, please email us right away at contact@digitrax.shop.  We will send you a new one or give you your money back at no extra cost.
